From the developers of Ciudad Del Mar, their new development Torres Del Mar will feature two eight-story towers. Located at the entrance to Ciudad Del Mar on the south end of Jaco Beach, these buildings will offer 72 total units. There will be 64 2-bedroom residences and 8 1-bedroom lofts. The common area amenities will include a shared roof top lounge with ocean views, a common swimming pool with rancho, gym, playground and nature trail.

Construction began in April of 2023 and delivery is anticipated during the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2024.
